Your old ride barely got you to and from all those job interviews, and now that you’re graduating, it died. Is it time to give yourself a not-so-little graduation present? Honda can help sweeten the deal with a discount of $500.
How much is the Honda student discount?
It isn’t quite gift wrap, but a $500 discount off a 2016 or newer Honda might as well be a bow on the top. Take your pick from the Civic, Accord, HR-V, or Fit models, and get moving. You’ll need to finance your find with Honda Financial Services, and both regular financing and leasing qualify. Honda notes that a car loan is a great way to build credit, but you’ll want to have a pretty clean credit history to get it. Another nice option Honda offers is the ability to delay your first payment for up to 90 days.
How to qualify for Honda student pricing?
You still have to pay for your gift to yourself (Darn!) and Honda will want proof of current or future employment. You will also need to have graduated in the last two years, or will graduate in six months, with employment starting within 120 days. But isn’t a nice job after graduation the best gift of all?
